CHANGE: Weeks awaiting Bramble Ski's final owner approval now show as "Available". The approval is an internal step, so the "Requires final approval" badge is gone.

NEW: display="months" — weeks across, grouped by month, with the service levels down the side. display="months_slider" shows the same two months at a time, with previous / next.
NEW: season="winter" or season="summer" shows one season only.
NEW: services="true" shows what each service level includes, and what can be added à la carte. Add prices="false" to show only that (no prices), and services_title="false" to drop its heading.
NEW: resort="false" hides the resort beside the chalet name; updated="false" hides the "Updated …" line.
CHANGE: The settings now say API Username and API Password, as the Bramble Ski app does.
CHANGE: An Accommodation Only week that is sold as Self-Catered now says "Self-catered" instead of "–".
